1. II V I Comping Chords – Good Voice Leading:
   This lesson teaches you how to connect chords in a more melodic way. This is also very important for jazz soloing because the same principles apply.
   You’ll learn the difference in comping during the head (melody) and the solo. I’ll show you 8 examples altogether. From the E- and A-string, for head and for solo comping. This lesson has you covered for every II-V-I situation.

2. II V I Pentatonic Licks:
   You can achieve different/modern sounds when using pentatonic scales over a jazz cadence. You’ll learn how to mix Pentatonic scales and play over the entire fretboard and then have a jazz line over each of the 5 positions. You’ll learn how to use the pentatonic in a jazzier way.

3. II V I Major Licks:
   You'll learn to improvise over the 2 5 1 chord progression in major, in all 5 positions on the fretboard. You’ll learn all 3 (complete) scales needed over the entire fretboard and then have a Bebop line over each position. In the accompanying video, you’ll learn how to use the best musical tools to create great sounding jazz lines.

4. II V I Minor Licks:
   The same as for the major licks, but in minor. The minor cadence is equally important. You’ll learn all 3 (complete) scales needed over the entire fretboard and then have a Bebop line over each position. In the accompanying video, you’ll learn how to use the best musical tools to create great-sounding jazz lines.

5. II V I – 6 Cool Chord Sets:
   These are more sophisticated chord sets and rhythms than the ones in the Comping Chords lesson. You’ll also learn to comp from the D-string. We have all kinds of great-sounding jazz chords, alterations, and a lot of rhythm going on here. You’ll be able to use these examples in every jazz standard. You can also use these for chord soloing!

Knowing building blocks of chord voicings that lead well into each other and also knowing complete soloing lines, will help you immensely navigating through songs. There is no jazz musician on earth, who doesn’t know a plethora of these lines and chord blocks.
