5. II V I (2 5 1) Starter Pack:

  1. II V I Comping Chords - Good Voice Leading:
    Start with this lesson - it's important!
    This lesson teaches you how to connect chords in a more melodic way. This is also very important for jazz soloing because the same principles apply.
    You'll learn the difference between comping during the head (melody) and the solo. Applied to 8 examples altogether. From the E- and A-string, for head and for solo comping. This has you covered for every II-V-I situation.

  2. II V I Major Licks:
    You'll learn to improvise over the 2 5 1 chord progression in major, in all 5 positions on the fretboard. You'll learn all 3 scales needed over the entire fretboard and then have a Bebop line over each position.
