Who doesn't know this beautiful jazz ballad from the movie "The Wizard Of Oz"? I kept my arrangement rather simple, with a fingerpicking pattern to fill in the empty spaces between the melody. To make this completely easy you can start without the arpeggiated chords in between. Just play the main chord melody, and when you have the basic arrangement under your fingers add the picking fills in between.
